Ambassador Dr. Fatimie, Mrs. Fatimie attend official opening of photography exhibit at the Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman

June 3, 2014: Ambassador Dr. Sayed M. Amin Fatimie; Mrs. Fatimie; and Mrs. Farima Orya Afzali, Second Secretary at the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in Tokyo, attended the official opening of the photography exhibit “from Japan to Oman: the Beauty of the Moment.” The exhibit showcased the works of Mrs. Abeer Aisha and was graciously attended by H.I.H Princess Takamado.

Ambassador Dr. Fatimie had the opportunity to firstly offer praise for the excellent event to H.E. Ambassador Khalid Al-Muslahi and the Ambassadress of the Sultanate of Oman. Ambassador Dr. Fatimie further expressed sincerest appreciation for the solidarity of the Sultanate in Afghanistan’s peace and development.

In addition to H.E., Ambassador Fatimie was able to also greet Hon. Councillor Motohiro Ono (pictured above) and long-time friend H.E. Mr. Shigeyuki, Chief of Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan and Special Representative to Afghanistan and Pakistan. To these two great gentlemen, Ambassador Dr. Fatimie extended, on behalf of the people and Government of the Islamic Republic of Japan, sincerest gratitude for the life-bettering partnership that Japan has provided to Afghanistan’s peace and development. Ambassador Dr. Fatimie further had the chance to interact with a number of Their Excellencies the Ambassadors of missions to Japan and other distinguished participants.
