Ambassador Fatimie attends National Day reception of Bahrain

December 12, 2013: Ambassador Dr. Sayed M. Amin Fatimie and the Ambassadress attended a reception in honor of the National Day of the Kingdom of Bahrain at the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo.

On this important occasion, Ambassador Dr. Fatimie was able to greet with long-time friend and fellow physician H.E. Ambassador Khalil Bin Ebrahim Hassan. To H.E. Ambassador Bin Ebrahim Hassan, Ambassador Dr. Fatimie offered sincerest congratulations, on behalf of the people and Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, as well as renewed and deepest appreciation for the Kingdom’s key partnership in Afghanistan’s peace and development, both bilaterally as well through the Kingdom’s role in the OIC.

Other key attendees who Ambassador Dr. Fatimie was able to interact with include prominently Hon. Councillor Dr. Kazuyuki Hamada; H.E. Deputy Minister Habib M. Al-Riyami (pictured above, second from the left) of the Sultanate of Oman, to whom Ambassador Dr. Fatimie passed along most cordial sentiments; H.E. Ambassador Khalid bin Hashil bin Mohammed Al-Muslahi (second from the right); H.E. Ambassador Abdelwahab Mohamed Elhijazi of the Republic of the Sudan (far right); a number of Their Excellencies the Ambassadors of the other missions in Japan; and Mr. Hiroshi Hayakawa of Hayakawa Publishing Corporation.
