Ambassador Fatimie meets students from Koryo Jr. High

June 10, 2013: Ambassador Dr. Sayed M. Amin Fatimie welcomed to the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in Tokyo 5 students from Koryo Jr. High School in Minato-ku, Tokyo.

Welcoming the children to the Embassy, Ambassador Fatimie called on these future leaders to remember the close feelings that Afghan people, particularly the youth, feel for Japan and to work to bring the two nations even closer together.

The visitors were then given a tour of the Embassy by Mr. Jason Pratt, Public Affairs Officer, and the Embassy’s Internship team. The visitors were also able to enjoy Afghan tea and to speak with Embassy officials.
